Act Brave
A favorite quote of mine is “Act brave, even when you’re not, no one can tell the difference”. No matter what situations are thrown at you, put on a brave face and you will come out the other side stronger. No matter how much your knees want to shake or your voice wants to quiver, act brave and you will appear brave. Three things will happen: you will give your opponents cause to doubt their advantage, bolster those around you, and most importantly you’ll begin to believe it yourself.
