Survival Tip #42
Play to your Strengths
“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” –Albert Einstein
Everyone has a different skill set. This is why it is so important to have a team of people with you. As a group you should have no areas of weakness, but that relies on assigning people the tasks that they are best suited for. Equal work loads doesn’t mean identical tasks. A man who can pick a zombie up, snap it in half, and then use those two halves to beat other zombies, shouldn’t be switching places with your five foot nothing, hundred pounds when soaking wet, doctor. Find the ways to make your team as efficient as possible for the greatest chance of survival.
