Sleep
Go a few days without sleep and see how good you feel. How does your temper hold up? How quick are your reactions? How good is your judgment?
No one functions well without sleep. Some people function even worse without it. Make sure you take the time to sleep. If you don’t you’ll slowly degrade to a point where you will be too poorly functional to survive. This is another good reason to have a team of people so someone can always be on watch. As important as it is to sleep, only do so when you’re in a safer situation.
