Dehumidifiers

If you are lucky enough to have power, a dehumidifier isn’t a necessary appliance to run. However, if you have the electricity to spare a dehumidifier isn’t a terrible addition to your fortress. The device literally pulls water from the air and stores it in a bucket. You’ll still want to purify it before you drink it, but any way to gather water shouldn’t be over looked.
