There is no such thing as a poisonous bird. All birds are eatable as are there eggs. Dig in.

  1. Just one thing.
    Forget getting sophisticated and clever by trying to gut the bird. Four easy cuts and you’ve got the breast meat (feathers and all and from a large bird, the legs. It’s too dangerous to clean a bird in the field. Open the crop and the partially digested food can cause you all sorts of problems if you eat it OR it gets into cuts.
