Survival Tip #165
Gloves
I covered gloves way back in the early posts, but I want to touch back on how important gloves are. Today I had to clear snow off my car. The temperature was only a few degrees below freezing. In the maybe two minutes it took me to remove the snow my hands were numb. Not that big of a deal when I can hop in a warm car and defrost, but in the Primal Age lack of motor function can easily cost you your life. For an experiment go stick your hands in a snow back for a minute and then attempt to tie your shoes. Not being able to grab things, wield a weapon, or even the simplest task of lighting a match to start a fire can stupidly lead to your death. Invest in a few pairs of solid gloves.
