You metabolism is at its fastest in the first half hour after you’ve worked out. Use this to your advantage both now and in the Primal Age. If you are trying to lose weight or get in shape the best time to consume your calories are right after a work out so your body utilizes them best. However in the Primal Age if you find yourself in a situation where you need to conserve food you can stretch it longer by not eating immediately after activity.
