Survival Tip #247
Humility
Take a good dose of this as needed. In my college anthropology course I remember learning about an aboriginal tribe that would make fun of whatever kill a hunter brought back. It didn’t matter if you brought a mouse or a moose, you would be ridiculed for not killing something larger. This universal treatment of every hunter and their kill kept competition from breaking apart the hunters because no matter what you weren’t good enough. So, a little humility is good for keeping the mind grounded.
