So far so good

Two days in. 2000 calories burned, 2000 words down on the page. Little victories. Though dear sweet lord and baby jesus my legs are a bit beat.

If anyone else out there is looking to lose a little weight, as we’ve all been told most important thing is changing our diets. My Fitness Pal, though I hate to admit it to my Father, has been pretty awesome in this process. Helps keep track of how much you eat in a day. Just knowing what a handful of M&M’s can do to your intake is enough to keep me on track.
